- The amount of loan applications you will make through teknosa.com must be no less than your purchase amount, and must be between 750 TL and 15.000 TL.
- Our customers who apply for Teknokredi through the stores can use their loans at Teknosa stores between the hours of 10:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and weekends, and our customers who apply through teknosa.com can take out their loans through our nearest branch with their identity cards and income documents.
Application, Issuance and Repayment
- Send SMS: Type your TC Identification Number and the application code that appears on the Cash Card that you will get from Teknosa stores by leaving a space in between, and send it to 2229 by SMS. (e.g.: TC IDENTIFICATION NO CODE)
- Verify your identity card: After receiving your application approval on your mobile phone by SMS, verify your identity card at ING Bank Service Desk at Teknosa stores and sign your agreement.
- Use your loan: Your loan is ready! Pay the amount you have spent for your purchases from Teknosa right away. You can immediately shop with the available amount in the Cash Card that you have used for your application, and withdraw your money from any ATM or our branches.
- Repayment: You can pay your loan installments through Online Banking, our ATM's or our nearest branch.
On www.teknosa.com:
- Apply for you loan: To apply for Teknoloan for your purchases of between 500 TL and 15.000 TL from www.teknosa.com, you can use the ING Teknoloan tab on the payment page. You can instantly submit your application with the the amount of loan you want to use and the term rate.
- Verify your identity card: After making your application, you can take out your loan by visiting our nearest branch with your identity card within 3 days.
- Use your loan: Pay the amount you have spent for your purchases from www.teknosa.com right away. You can immediately shop with the available amount in the Cash Card that you have used for your application, and withdraw your money from any ATM or our branches.
- Repayment: You can pay your loan installments through Online Banking, our ATM's or our nearest branch.
