Ethical Reporting

Ethical principles include the principles that ING BANK A.S. and all subsidiary employees must comply with while fulfilling their duties and regulations. The purpose of these principles is to prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise between employees, customers, and the Bank. 

Examples, including but not limited to these, are as follows.

  • Undesirable behavior
  • Money laundering or financing of terrorism
  • Financing clients who violate human rights or commit environmental crimes
  • Breaches of confidentiality or privacy
  • Fraud
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters
  • Market manipulation
  • Insider trading
  • Violation of legislation.
Attitudes and behaviors contrary to these principles are handled with sensitivity by our Bank.
