Alper Gökgöz

General Manager
Graduated from Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at METU, Gökgöz received his MBA degree at Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Leadership program at Stanford University. After starting his career at the Istanbul office of McKinsey & Company in 2005, Gökgöz also served at the Amsterdam office of the company. Gökgöz assumed several roles as a strategic consultant for many international companies in finance sector during his professional life. In 2012, he has joined the ING team as the Director of Digital Banking. Gökgöz worked as Retail Banking Executive Vice President between January 2018 and May 2020.

Atıl Özus

Financial Control and Treasury Executive Vice President
Atıl Özus completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Boğaziçi University, in 1993. He started his career at Ernst & Young as independent Auditor in 1993. In 2000 he moved to a private bank and after holding various senior executive positions in Financial Management he joined ING Türkiye in 2017 with his 24 years of experience.

Ayşegül Akay

Wholesale Banking Executive Vice President
Holding a bachelor degree from the Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University, Aysegul Akay joined ING Group after serving at various positions at a private bank. As of this date, she served in ING Türkiye as the Executive Vice President at the Department of Risk Management and then at the Department of Corporate Customers Sales, and as the Deputy CEO. Following the acquisition of Oyakbank by ING Group, she joined ING Türkiye's team.

Hale Ökmen Ataklı

Human Resources Executive Vice President
Hale Ökmen Ataklı, who graduated from Aeronautical Engineering department at Istanbul Technical University, has more than 20 years of experience. Following her senior management responsibilities at different corporations, she served as the Executive Vice President for HR at Alternatif Bank. She also contributed to the development of organizations as a consultant and professional executive coach. She was appointed as Executive Vice President for HR at ING Türkiye effective 23 October 2023.

Nermin Güney

Credits Executive Vice President
Nermin Güney, with a bachelor degree in Economics from Ankara University and master’s degree in Banking & Finance from Istanbul Bilgi University, has significant experience. She spent 20 years at ING, within several senior roles in the Corporate and Business Banking Credit Risk Management areas. She served as the EVP of Financial Risk Management. In 2020, she has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of ING France and in 2022 she was appointed as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member of ING Türkiye. As of June 2024, she was appointed as Executive Vice President for Credits and member of the Executive Committee.

Tuğçe Bora Kılıç

Retail Banking Executive Vice President
Holding a degree in Business Administration at Koç University, Tuğçe Bora Kılıç had a master’s degree in Communication Strategies at Galatasaray University. She started her career at BNP Paribas. After her experience at Société Générale and Accenture, she started working at HSBC Bank in 2010; following various responsibilities, she worked as COO at HSBC Türkiye. Kılıç joined ING Türkiye as COO in 2022 and she was appointed as Retail Banking Executive Vice President in 2024.

Öcal Ağar

Business Banking Executive Vice President

Öcal Ağar, who graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of Istanbul Technical University , completed his MBA at Yeditepe University and the Executive Program at Stanford University. Ağar began his professional career at Garanti Bankası and held different positions in Sales and Marketing for 9 years. In 2008, he started to serve as the Commercial and SME Banking business unit official within Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası. He participated as Senior Vice President of Sales/Commercial Banking in the ING Türkiye team in 2011 and was assigned to the Restructuring and Legal Entity Loans within the Loans Group. Following his role as the Executive Vice President for Loans, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President for Business Banking at ING Türkiye in 2022.
